I came in to Optimal Health this week because I have heard my own patients say good and great things about their results and how wonderful the entire staff is. I currently have lower back pain that started in my early 20’s. I have bad injections and radio frequency ablation in the past that did relieve the pain, but only for a certain amount of time and then it would slowly come back. I decided to try the therapy here in hopes that it would increase the chances of relieving the pain more longterm. I had my first session and as good as my neck and back feel, I am definitely going to do the therapy once I am able to. I am having surgery on my knee and that pain is too severe to continue therapy at this time. My visit to Optimal Health was the first time I have been out of the house in more than two weeks because of my knee pain. And, I also want to point out that I forgot to mention the pain in the left side of my neck before the x-rays. People have told me that they have gone to chiropractors before and were concerned because they felt the doctor showed them problems on their x-ray that were not really problems, they were just telling them that because the patient mentioned it. Well, Dr Nia immediately saw the compression in the vertebrae in my neck before I even said anything about it. That made me feel confident that he wasn't just trying to "sell" me therapy. And after the adjustment and decompression, I already fell less stiff and my back wasn't tight and hurting this morning. My back hurts, but my knees are the priority, right now and that is the ONLY reason I am not back at Optimal Health today! Once I have my knee surgeries and I am physically able to get the full benefit of their therapy, I will absolutely be back!!!
